Hotel Housekeeping in a COVID-19 World

During these challenging times with the COVID-19 Pandemic, we deem it essential to implement new sanitation guidelines and processes at our hotel in order to provide as safe an environment as possible for our guests and associates.

  • We ask that our guests practice social distancing when in any common areas of the resort and while enjoying the beaches
  • Masks are not required, although local businesses have asked that guests wear them when shopping and enjoying common areas
  • No stay over housekeeping services, however the front desk will have linens and toiletries available for our guests
  • The pool, spa, sauna, game room, playground, banquet room and lobby seating areas are closed
  • The bar and restaurant are open for dine in seating as well as to go orders with social distancing guidelines and added sanitation procedures, no groups of more than 10
  • We ask that only 1 person enter the lobby when checking in. It must be the person who is paying for the room
  • Due to the 24 hour wait between room rentals, please make certain you have booked the room you most prefer, as we will not be able to change a guests room once they have entered it
